Access
I am currently offering online therapy via secure video conference. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a device you can use to get online. You should also have a private, quiet space where you can be during our sessions.
I may be able to offer in-person therapy in the future—please let me know if this is something you’re interested in.
Please share your access needs with me during our initial consultation, and as they emerge while we work together.
Fees & payment
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation so that we can discuss your goals for therapy and see if we may work well together.
My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. I am able to offer some reduced-fee spots, so please contact me to explore options if you would like to work with me but my fee is a barrier.
I will keep your credit or debit card on file and payments will be made automatically after our appointments.
I do not take health insurance. If you have a type of health insurance that includes out-of-network coverage, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can also use a superbill to get reimbursement if you have a flexible spending account or a health savings account.
In 2022 the No Surprises Act went into effect. This law is intended to protect people from unexpected medical bills, including for mental health care.
If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, these new rules make sure you get a good faith estimate of how much your care will cost, before you get care. You may file a dispute if you are charged more than $400 above the estimate.
